When we started Momentum Realty we had a vision to help real estate agents earn more profit, live better lifestyles, and invest.

We started in 2020 with modest expectations of helping four agents grow their businesses.

To our surprise, talking about profit and lifestyle for agents was something that was missing in our local market and agents were, have been, and are attracted to this conversation and really do want a different path upward. The company, due to this philosophy, grew quickly.

We observe that many are working too hard, for too long, and for too little, with little upside or opportunity for ownership or investment opportunity through their hard work.

It’s our vision to add more income opportunities for our agents that allow them to take advantage of the work they are already doing.

We have an ecosystem that provides opportunities and solutions for many more customers that most brokerages don’t, can’t, or won't offer. Momentum focuses on the agent's growth, not on shiny objects, vanity metrics, and ego. We focus on variables that actually matter and make a meaningful difference in agents' lives.
